Walmart is running a series of television commercials connecting shopping lists with everyday home life scenarios. Every cart tells a story. The new brand platform, launched earlier in 2011, refocuses on the everyday low prices its shoppers enjoy, with TV ads tapping into the humor of everyday purchases. One of the most recent, “Mural”, celebrates a decisive moment in a couple’s home renovation project.
